Delete your AdLemur data

Effective October 6, 2026

You can request deletion of the Meta Platform Data and other personal information AdLemur holds about you, including stored account information and reporting data. Alamas Labs Inc., United States, handles these requests. You do not need an active AdLemur login to make a request.

Request deletion

  1. Email privacy@adlemur.com with the subject "AdLemur data deletion request".
  2. Identify the workspace or company, the connected profile or ad account, and the email we can use to respond. Tell us whether you want a particular connection's data or all your AdLemur data deleted.
  3. We verify your identity and authority, remove the covered data as soon as reasonably possible, and confirm the outcome by email. If law requires us to retain particular records, we explain that exception.

Do not send your Facebook password, access tokens, app secrets or card details. We may ask for limited additional information to locate your records and verify the request. If you cannot identify a workspace, contact us with the information you have so we can help locate it.

Stop future access

In AdLemur, open Settings → Ad accounts and choose Manage for the connected Meta profile. Choose Disconnect to remove the profile's stored access tokens and stop further data fetching. Alternatively, choose Revoke provider access to also withdraw the Meta authorization, or remove AdLemur in Meta's Business Integrations settings. Revocation affects all advertising accounts authorized through that Facebook login, including other connected profiles.

If you already disconnected, or AdLemur cannot confirm revocation, remove the integration in Meta's Business Integrations settings to withdraw its authorization.

Disconnecting or removing the integration does not by itself erase previously stored reports. Email the deletion request above to remove those records. Deleting data from AdLemur does not delete your Meta ad account, campaigns, or information held by Meta.

For an independently hosted AdLemur installation, contact its operator; Alamas Labs does not control that installation's database. See our privacy policy for details of the service we operate.
