AdLemur terms of use

These terms apply to the AdLemur website and application operated by Alamas Labs, Inc., United States. By using the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business. Contact hello@adlemur.com with questions.

Subscriptions, fees and credits

AdLemur's hosted paid service is billed in US dollars. The Base plan costs USD 10 per month and includes 10,000 monthly usage credits. We bill subscriptions in advance and renew them monthly until you cancel. Monthly credits reset each billing period and do not carry over. You may buy additional credits for USD 10 to USD 99 at USD 1 per 1,000 credits. Top-up credits do not expire, and we spend monthly credits before top-up credits. Paid access and purchased credits become available after successful payment.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except under the guarantee below or where applicable law requires a refund. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscriptions. If you are dissatisfied, email hello@adlemur.com within 30 days of your most recent subscription charge to request a full refund of that charge. The guarantee covers subscription fees only. It does not cover separately purchased usage or top-up credits that have been consumed.

Alamas Labs, Inc. reviews refund requests and may decline a request where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse of the guarantee, repeated subscription-and-refund cycles, a breach of these terms or other misuse of the service or refund policy. These conditions do not limit refund rights that applicable law requires.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal, available from Manage subscription in AdLemur's billing settings. Your paid plan continues until the end of the current billing period, subject to its remaining usage credits, and will not renew or incur further subscription charges. Cancellation does not expire unused top-up credits. If you cannot access the portal, contact hello@adlemur.com for help.

Authorized account access

Connect only advertising accounts you are authorized to access. Use connected data only for the business that authorized its processing and the reporting or other service it requested. You are responsible for permissions you grant, workspace access you authorize and instructions you give the service.

Use of Meta data must comply with the Meta Platform Terms and applicable policies. You must not sell or license that data, use it for surveillance or unlawful discrimination, or process it for a purpose prohibited by Meta. Other providers' rules apply to their data and accounts. Do not bypass access controls or attempt to access another client's data without authorization.

Reporting and campaign changes

Reporting-only connections read account information and results; campaign changes are blocked. Campaign management requires separate authorization and the relevant provider permissions. AdLemur does not promise campaign performance or replace the advertising platform's billing and delivery records.

Reports depend on provider availability, date ranges, currency, timezones and attribution settings. Missing data is unavailable, not evidence of zero activity. Advertising spend remains subject to your agreement with the advertising platform. Any separate paid service must disclose its price before you authorize it.

Privacy, disconnection and deletion

Our privacy policy explains how we process information. You may disconnect providers and request deletion using the data deletion instructions. We may suspend access when necessary to address unauthorized use, a security issue, a legal obligation or a provider's requirement. The deletion request channel remains available if you cannot sign in.

Open-source software

AdLemur's source code is available under the MIT license. That license governs the software and does not grant rights to a client's advertising data or third-party content. Independently hosted installations are operated separately and have their own service terms.

Changes

We publish changes to these terms here with an updated effective date. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
